Written Cash Back Agreement (in writing, signed)
We guarantee it through a written cash-back agreement and proper representation on your purchase. Here’s how it works:
Before you submit an offer, we provide a clear cash-back agreement that states the percentage/amount and when it’s paid.
You have two options:
Option 1: Property-by-property agreement
You can sign a Buyer Agency Agreement only for the specific property we show you. Each property is handled separately.
Option 2: Full representation agreement
You can sign a Buyer Agency Agreement for your entire home search, but only if you feel comfortable and confident that we’re the right team to represent you.
Important note about cash back:
To qualify for the cash back incentive, we must represent you in the purchase process. That means a Buyer Agency Agreement must be signed, confirming that we are acting as your buyer representative on the transaction.
In Ontario, there’s no set “standard” length for a Buyer Representation (Buyer Agency) Agreement. The agreement simply has an effective date and an expiry date you choose, and the expiry date must be clearly shown and initialed.
What that looks like in real life:
Property-by-property option: can be one day (or even just for that specific property/showing).
Full home search option: commonly 30–90 days, sometimes longer if you’re shopping slowly or looking at niche/pre-construction.

Does the cash-back incentive apply to buyers outside of Canada?
Yes. Our buyer incentive is available for purchases outside of Canada too, including Dubai and Mexico. The exact amount and structure can vary by country and project, and it is always confirmed in writing upfront. It’s paid after closing, once the transaction completes and our compensation is received, in compliance with local rules and brokerage policies.
